Lyocell ™ are regenerated cellulose fibers known for their natural comfort and environmentally responsible production process. Lyocell is a quality, durable and versatile fiber.

Due to the unique physical properties, lyocell is very durable, gentle on the skin, and a good moisture regulator, which is especially desirable for bedding products, where good thermo-physiological properties of textiles are required.

Cellulose

Cellulose, processed into Lyocell fibers, is obtained by recycling cotton and wood waste from sustainably managed forests and plantations.

Lyocell ™ fibers are famous for their environmentally friendly production process, which converts wood pulp into cellulose fibers with high resource efficiency and low environmental impact. The process water is recycled during the solvent spinning process, and the solvent is reused at a recovery rate of more than 99%.

Lyocell is an environmentally friendly material with unique properties, which we also take advantage of in our company.

  • The material is biodegradable and suitable for composting.
  • Smooth, soft, and strong fibers do not irritate the skin and provide comfort.
  • Excellent humidity regulation - the content of lyocell fibers in the bed mattresses contributes to a dry and pleasant sleeping climate.
  • Lyocell breathes - the permeability of the material allows good ventilation, and when there is excess moisture in the environment, lyocell absorbs moisture up to 70% of its weight.
  • Lyocell inhibits the growth of bacteria, fungi, and mites - by absorbing moisture from the environment, they create a dry climate unfavorable for the development of microorganisms.
