Thin and airy natural fiber pads are designed specifically for the production of insoles. Insoles made of natural fibers are an excellent sustainable and ecological alternative to synthetic insoles. Natural fibers contribute to quality, hygienic, durable, and environmentally friendly footwear.

Thin pads intended to produce insoles are made exclusively from natural materials from renewable and completely biodegradable sources. The non-woven textile base made of coconut or sisal fibers can be coated with a layer of sheep wool or lyocell for additional softness and thermal insulation, using no synthetic binders and adhesives, but only 100% natural latex.

Coir

Coir

Coir is naturally flexible, robust, durable, and resistant to moisture, bacteria, and mold. 100% natural latex binds the fibers together, further softening the stride and extending the product's life.

Coir fibers are made up of closed, air-filled cells that provide good insulation. Due to their porosity, coir insole pads are also breathable and airy, thus providing the necessary ventilation and thermal insulation, ensuring a dry feeling and a stable body temperature.

Sisal fiber

Sisal fiber

Sisal fibers are robust, durable, and resistant to mechanical stress, moisture, bacteria, and mold. 100% natural latex binds the fibers, further softens the stride due to its elasticity, and prolongs the product's life.

Sisal insole pads are especially suitable for insoles for work footwear and footwear subjected to frequent loads.

Wool

Wool

Sheep wool is one of the best natural insulators. Wool cools in the summer and warms in the winter.

A thin layer of sheep wool over the primary layer of coir or sisal fibers provides additional softness and insulation. Absorbing up to 35% of its weight, wool is an excellent material for footwear, subject to changing weather conditions, and is especially suitable for people who sweat a lot.

Lyocell

Lyocell

Lyocell is an excellent cellulose fiber material characterized by softness and resistance to mechanical stress. Lyocell is a non-allergenic material and is therefore especially suitable for people with allergies or sensitive skin.
